How to use

● Thread the straps through the hole on both sides of the cotton flannel, then lie it down flat.
● Apply 1-2 tbsp of Castor Oil onto your liver area or onto the center of the flannel (away from the strap).
● Place your flannel over your liver area (under your right rib cage) and tie it in place.
Wear for 1 hour or overnight. Adding heat is optional.
