What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We deliver all our orders through GDEX delivery services and occasionally our internal delivery team for locations within Klang Valley. 

How much are shipping charges? 

Peninsula Malaysia
Standard RM15 for first 5kg, additional RM1.5/kg subsequently.
FREE SHIPPING on orders of RM300 and above.

East Malaysia
RM40 for the first 1kg, RM12/kg subsequently. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We only ship within Malaysia currently. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We will dispatch your order as soon as we can and you should receive your order within 3-5 working days for Peninsula Malaysia and within 7 working days for Sabah and Sarawak.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, creating in account is not compulsory. You may still place your order without having an account. However, registering an account for yourself enables faster purchase and check out process, you may also trace your orders and history through your account.

At Raw Nature, we deliver Earth friendly products with the best qualities. We offer refunds for products with quality issues, if you have received your order as such kindly contact us by phone +603-78808035 or via email shinny@rawnature.com.my within 7 days upon receiving your order. Our customer service team would assist you with the refund process. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To make any changes on your order, kindly contact our customer service team by email: shinny@rawnature.com.my.
However, no changes are allowed after your order has been dispatched.

How Can I Return a Product?

All products purchased from us are not returnable or exchangeable except for those with quality issues. if you have received your order in a damaged condition, kindly snap some photos of the product in the packaging and send it to us immediately.
