Description

This aromatic plant grows spontaneously in the north of the Mediterranean basin and it flowers all summer. In Provence, it is called “donkey pepper”. The small savory sprigs of the fresh plant flavor a good number of Provencal dishes. The Greeks used this Provence herb for its digestive properties.
