How to use

1. Insert Into Your Pack
● Place the organic cotton insert inside your Pelvis Pack, the soft side facing your skin.
● Thread the straps of your pack through the side slits to secure the insert in place.

2. Add Castor Oil
● Apply 1-2 tsp of Castor Oil evenly onto the soft side of the insert.
● Avoid over-saturating-just enough for gentle absorption.

3. Wear & Refresh as Needed
● Wear your pack as usual for at least 1 hour or overnight.
● Replace the insert after approximately 60 uses for ease of use, comfort and personal hygiene.
