How to Use

• Insert Into Your Pack
A perfect fit for your Queen of the Thrones Castor Oil Pack.
Place the organic cotton insert inside your Liver Pack, the soft side facing your skin.
Thread the straps of your pack through the side slits to secure insert in place.

• Add Castor Oil
Enhance your self-care ritual with pure, organic Castor Oil.
Apply 1-2 tbsp of Castor Oil evenly onto the soft side of the insert.
Avoid over-saturating – just enough for gentle absorption.

• Wear & Refresh as Needed
Extend the life of your pack and keep your practice fresh.
Wear your pack as usual for at least 1 hour or overnight.

* Replace the insert after approximately 60 uses for ease of use, comfort and personal hygiene.
